Personal Experience
Susan is an Associate in the Corporate Advisory Department with 6 years’ experience. She also manages our busy outsourcing provider, Corpus Globe Corporate Solutions and practices company, immigration and family law. Susan necessarily focuses on company compliance and corporate governance, as well as immigration advisory and solutions for our global client network. She fosters a collaborative relationship with the company’s registry (the Patent’s and Companies Registration Agency) and Immigration Department and is a valuable resource for navigating the new beneficial ownership declaration requirements for all companies in Zambia.
Susan earned her LLB (Hons) from the University of Wolverhampton and was called to the Zambian Bar. She is an Advocate of the Superior Courts of Zambia.
Susan has assisted Citibank Zambia with its company secretarial obligations as a financial institution in recent years and was a key member of the team that oversaw the entry of Heineken into the Zambian market.
She is a member of the Commonwealth Lawyers Association. Being a keen nature conservationist, she is also secretary of BirdWatch Zambia, the Birdlife International partner for Zambia.
