Nutreco Africa B.V(“Nutreco”): Advisor to Nutreco Africa B.V., a global aquaculture company, in relation to the Corporate Regulatory Framework in Zambia, in view on its joint venture with African Century Foods Limited (“African Century”) to produce fish feed and potentially other types of animal feed such as poultry feed

 

Cargill Zambia (2009) Limited (“Cargill”) Ltd: Advisor in relation to the legal framework regulating the selling of recycled soyabean seed in Zambia.

 

Community Markets for Conservation Limited (“COMACO”) Nutreco Africa B.V.: Advisor to COMACO, a non-profit company that forms business partnerships with rural communities living in areas of important biodiversity, in relation to the promotion and implementation of the World Bank funded Landscape Management Project (CLMP) Carbon project aimed specifically at sustainable agriculture and community forest protection to reduce carbon emissions, in the Eastern Province of Zambia. Corpus advised on the feasibility of the scheme to reduce carbon emission and the procedure for obtaining the pertinent approvals.

 

Office Cherifiendes Phosphates (“OCP”): Advisor to Office Cherifiendes Phosphates (“OCP”), one of the world’s leading producer of phosphate rock and phosphoric acid as well as one of the leading global fertilizer players, in relation to the legal framework governing the operation of an establishment and operation of a fertilizer plant in Zambia.

 

Japan Tobacco International (“JTI”): Advisor Japan Tobacco International (JTI), the international tobacco division of Japan Tobacco, a leading international tobacco product manufacturer, in relation to Tobacco regulatory regime in Zambia.

 

Advisor to numerous multinationals with regards to the provision of periodical updates on the legislative developments relating to the regulation of the Tobacco Industry in Zambia

 

Industrialisation Fund for Developing Countries(“IFDC”) and the Danish African Development Company (“DADC”): Advisor to the IFDC and DADC (as vendors) of the issued share capital in Somawhe Estates Limited to Chobe Agrivision Company Limited for approximately USD 32 billion.
