Ken is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Public Policy Department where he practices corporate and commercial litigation. His work involves varying aspects of the law, including but not limited to commercial and employment disputes involving a wide range of clients from banks to mining entities.
Ken’s Litigation experience with superior courts ranges from class actions to corporations. He has also provided advice on challenges that corporates face including mergers and acquisitions, employer and employee related issues as well as regulatory compliance. He has expertise in the area of general arbitration, power generation projects and construction law.
Ken earned his LLB from the University of Lusaka, an LLM from the University of Zambia and is a member of the Zambian Bar as an Advocate of the Superior Courts. He is also an Arbitrator and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Since his admission to the Zambian Bar, one of Ken’s achievements includes successfully representing one of Zambia’s biggest mining conglomerates in a class action suit.
