We are looking for a qualified and experienced BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE to join our team.


Business Development and Communications Executive


Desired skills and experience:


  • Drive the creation of business development culture within the Firm by heightening internal awareness of business development activities, instill an internal commitment to marketing efforts, help the staff develop business development skills and identify opportunities.
  • Improve revenue generation and grow the firm’s market share.
  • Identify the Firm’s strength or unique services the firm offers and leverage those strengths to generate more revenue.
  • Ensure the Firm derives a positive return on investment on all marketing and business development activities.
  • Raise the Firm’s digital and physical visibility in the marketplace and ensure the firm maintains a high positive public profile.
  • Ensure there is strong undisputed brand awareness of the Firm and its capabilities.
  • Increase the number of referrals and enhance client relationships.
  • Develop proposals, pitches and responses regarding targeted prospects, industries and sectors.
  • Project manage and prepare content for submissions.
  • Manage and execute office and local events, seminars, speaking engagements, public relations and community activities including establishing and managing budget, selection and development of invitees lists, invitation process and event logistics.
  • Initiate, coordinate and /or implement marketing and individual business development plans across the group.
  • Researching and analyzing the latest market, competitor and client data.
  • Serve as a writing editor, collaborate and develop positioning statements, compelling themes, value propositions and other key messaging/communication points that drive awareness recognition and enhance the quality and brand perception of the Firm.
  • Regularly audit practice descriptions and collaborate with practice /departmental heads to develop practice descriptions and other business development materials.
  • Conducting brand development and adherence training to ensure compliance with brand standards and identity.
  • Degree in Business Administration, PR, Mass Communication or Marketing.
  • 2 -3 years experience in Business Development or related field.
