Hendrix Tembo – Associate

Personal Experience

Hendrix is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution & Public Policy Department where he practices commercial litigation. His work involves varying aspects of law such as commercial and employment disputes involving extensive range of clients such as large corporates and individuals. He has 2 years’ experience in corporate matters and litigation.

Hendrix’s litigation practice ranges from class actions to corporations. He has also provided advice on corporate governance and company secretarial matters including directors and shareholder roles and responsibilities. He passionately and efficiently gives clients prioritisation and best corporate services.

Hendrix is passionate about commercial law, corporate governance, taxation law and intellectual property law and civil litigation. He is currently undergoing an international training in advanced intellectual property law with the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).

Hendrix obtained his LLB from the University of Zambia and was admitted to the Zambian Bar as an Advocate of the High Court for Zambia.
