Aon Corporation: Advisor to Aon Corporation in respect of the regulatory consents and approvals required for AoN Corporation’s intra-group reorganisation in 2012 which resulted in a new UK incorporated holding company being placed at the top of its global group.

Glyn Marais Incorporated (GMI): Advisor to Glyn Marais Incorporated (GMI), on regulatory approvals required in respect of the sale by NICO Holdings Limited, a Malawian Company, selling its interest in its Zambian subsidiary, NICO Insurance Zambia Limited to Sanlam Emerging Markets Proprietary Limited.

Direct Axis International SARL and Hollard: Advisor to Direct Axis International SARL and Hollard in respect of the acquisition of acquisition of the Regent Insurance Group’s non-South African assets among them, Regent Life Assurance Botswana Company Limited, the holding company of Regent Life Zambia Limited.

African Bank Limited: Advisor to African Bank Limited in relation to the review of the insurance arrangement between Madison Insurance Zambia Limited, AON Zambia Limited and subsidiaries of African Bank Investments Limited.

Argo Insurance: Advisor to Argo Insurance in relation to allegations of Anti-Competitive Practices against Professional Insurance Corporation Zambia Limited (PICZ) by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) regarding the Directors and Officers Policy held by PICZ with Madison General Insurance Company Zambia Limited (the Insurer) and Argo (the Re-insurer).
