Personal Experience
Seraiah is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Public Policy Department with 3 years’ experience. She handles a wide range of litigation and employment disputes often involving large mining companies, telecommunications companies and other large corporates. Seraiah has considerable experience in litigation and conveyancing related matters.
Seraiah holds an LLB from the Zambia Open University. She also possesses certificates in Law and Basic Prosecution in addition to a diploma in Law from the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA).
Seraiah is an Advocate of the High Court for Zambia and a member of the Law Association of Zambia and the Junior Lawyers Committee.
