Coleen Namuyamba – Senior Associate

Professional Experience

Coleen is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Advisory Department with 7 years’ experience and specialises in corporate and commercial law, employment law and data protection and privacy law.

She has been a part of many transactions involving advising clients on employment related matters, preparation of schemes of arrangement, reviewing legislation for regulatory and compliance purposes on behalf of local and foreign entities, as well as advising clients on the setting up and closing of companies. She also has widespread experience in the preparation of contracts and agreements, including employment contracts, services agreements, agency agreements and company-related documents such as shareholder and board resolutions.

Coleen has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Cape Town, an LLB from Brunel University in London and an LLM in Commercial and Corporate Law from Queen Mary, University of London. She is also a member of the Law Association of Zambia and an Advocate of the Superior Courts for Zambia.
