Sankananji is an Associate in the Banking and Finance Department with 5 years’ experience in a wide range of banking-related advice, including project financing, acquisition finance, structured lending, asset backed lending and mergers and acquisition.
She has actively contributed to significant transactions in banking regulatory compliance and corporate restructuring within the financial sector. Sankananji’s experience also extends to providing specialized guidance to insurance companies on regulatory compliance matters, conducting thorough analyses of insurance policies, assessing associated risks, and providing strategic legal advice tailored to the insurance sector.
She also specialises in a broad spectrum of capital markets transactions, encompassing initial public offerings, debt issuances, and regulatory compliance pertaining to securities laws.
Sankananji holds an LLB from the University of Zambia and is a member of the Zambian Bar as an Advocate of the Superior Courts for Zambia. She is also a member of the Law Association of Zambia.
