Professional Experience
Dalitso is an Associate in the Corporate Advisory department where he works on various aspects of laws and regulations that govern employment law, corporate structuring and data protection within the jurisdiction.
Dalitso has experience in ensuring that legal entities within and out of Jurisdiction are legally compliant and has achieved this by rendering legal opinions and facilitating the completion of compliance tasks with various regulatory bodies in Zambia. He has worked with local and international clients issuing advisory opinions, conduction due diligence exercises, and reviewed various labour, procurement and purchase agreements under various corporate projects.
Dalitso earned his LLB from the University of Lusaka and is an Advocate of the High Court of Zambia and a member of the Law Association of Zambia.
One of Dalitso’s most notable work include the rendering of legal advice to John Snow Inc, company Limited on various matters relation to employer obligations and conditions of employment under the Zambian labour laws. Dalitso was also an instrumental part of a team that developed a series of compliance registers for Coca-Cola in order to ensure their operations were being carried out in line with sectoral regulations in Zambia.
