Jacqueline is a Partner with 18 years’ experience and leads the firm’s Corporate Advisory Department. She focuses her practice on corporate matters, immigration and citizenship, regulatory compliance, tax, restructuring and insolvency, employment and benefits, agribusiness, data protection and privacy, public procurement and outsourcing, and trusts and charities.
Jacqueline an IFLR1000 and Legal500 ranked attorney, is a regular contributor to the World Bank’s flagship programme, Doing Business and champions thought leadership publications in her area of practice for the firm’s clients.
Jacqueline holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation Law from University of South Africa, an LLB from the University of Zambia and a Diploma in Legislative Drafting from the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education.
She is an Advocate of the Superior Courts of Zambia, a member of the International Bar Association and Law Association of Zambia.
