Murray Mulala – Associate

Professional Experience

Murray is an Associate in the Energy, Resources and Infrastructure Department, where he advises on matters relating to real estate, infrastructure, energy, and mining law.

His practice includes assisting both local and international clients with corporate and specialised due diligence exercises, drafting and reviewing a wide range of transaction documents, providing general transactional support and advising on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters.

He has a keen interest in the evolving energy and mining landscape, allowing him to provide commercially relevant and practical legal advice. Recently, he has actively participated in some of the county’s key energy and mining projects.

Murray holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Lusaka. He is an Advocate of the High Court for Zambia and a member of the Law Association of Zambia
