Namatama Kachana – Legal Assistant

Professional Experience

Namatama is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Public Policy Department where she practices civil and commercial litigation.

She has 14 years’ prior experience working as a Legal Assistant in the Dispute Resolution and Public Policy Department whose work included taxation of bill of costs and conducting litigation searches at various Courts.

Namatama earned her LLM in Commercial Law from the University of Zambia, an LLB from Zambian Open University, a Diploma in Law from National Institute of Public Administration and is a member of the Zambian Bar as an Advocate of the Superior Courts for Zambia.
