Nkondelina is an Associate in the Energy Resources and Infrastructure Department where she works on various aspects of laws and regulations that govern energy resources and land matters within the jurisdiction. She has 5 years’ post bar-admission experience and has worked on matters ranging from litigation to corporate compliance of legal entities.
Nkondelina has experience in ensuring that corporates are legally compliant and has achieved this by rendering legal opinions and facilitating the completion of compliance tasks with various regulatory bodies in Zambia on behalf of the corporate firms she has worked with.
Nkondelina earned her LLB from the University of Lusaka and is a member of the Zambian Bar as an Advocate of the High Court for Zambia.
Since her admission to the Zambian Bar, one of Nkondelina’s most notable work includes working on a Business Rescue project which required the reliance on a novel area of law in Zambia – the Corporate Insolvency Act No. 9 of 2017.
